Founded by Creative Director Erik Herrström, who brings over 20 years of experience, we specialize in creating compelling campaigns, events, and activations for leading brands such as Spotify, Beats by Dre, Sound.xyz, Vault.fm, Red Bull Music, O2, Sony Music, YouTube Music, Native Instruments, and the New York Philharmonic.

Erik Herrström

Founder & Creative Director

Originally from Sweden, Erik has over 20 years of experience in building brands. Following his role as Brand Design Director at Spotify, Erik now leads the creative team. Erik's contributions in projects for brands such as Spotify, Sony Music, Nike, and Discord have earned over 100 awards, including golds at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and ADC. His work has also been featured in major press outlets such as Billboard, Forbes, Fast Company, and Wired.

Kara Griffin Cushman

Director of Operations and Production

As a former professional dancer turned digital producer, Kara has worked in Los Angeles with agencies like DanceOn, collaborating with major US music labels to produce campaigns and activations for artists such as Janet Jackson, TLC, BLACKPINK, Halsey, Lil Nas X, and Lewis Capaldi. Her client roster includes prominent names like Netflix, Disney, Paramount, and Western Digital.
