Copyright
All rights to texts, pictures, graphics, sound, animations and videos as well as their arrangement on the STUDIO HERRSTRÖM website are owned by the copyright holder. The content of this website shall not be copied, distributed, changed for commercial use, or made available to third parties. No part of this site shall be reproduced in any way or processed, duplicated or distributed electronically without written permission. Note that the copyright to some pictures on the website is owned by third parties.
Hyperlinks
Our website may contain links to external websites. If you follow an external link, the respective provider is responsible for the content of that website and for the processing of personal data on it. Third-party websites may use their own cookies and tracking technologies; please review their privacy information and settings.
We also use third-party services to provide forms and communication on our website:
Flodesk for RSVP registrations and for our newsletter/marketing communications (name and email address).
Typeform for assessment quizzes that may be used to handle requests and communicate with you.
For these forms and communications, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time; newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. Flodesk and Typeform act as data processors for us. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA; where required, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, Art. 46 GDPR).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website works properly and—only if you consent—to measure and improve our website and (if enabled) to provide marketing-related features. Essential cookies are required for basic functionality and cannot be disabled. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent. You can give, refuse, or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings. Further details on cookies and the services we use are available in this Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (web analytics service). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics can process information about your use of the website (e.g., pages visited, interactions, technical information such as browser/device, and approximate location derived from IP address).
We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with Google.
Purpose and legal basis
We use Google Analytics to measure reach and improve our website. The processing of analytics cookies and similar identifiers is carried out only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) TKG 2021). Tracking/analytics cookies are not considered technically necessary.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Consent Mode / behavior before consent
We use Google Consent Mode. If you do not give consent, Google tags may still send cookieless signals (“pings”) to record basic information about consent status and website interactions without storing analytics cookies; full measurement data is only transmitted once consent is granted.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other third countries. Where required, such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms, in particular EU Commission adequacy decisions (where applicable, e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, together with additional safeguards.
Further information / opt-out
More information on Google’s data processing can be found in Google’s privacy information. You can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Right To Information
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, please contact: info@studioherrstrom.com.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
